Hunt, Junior & Pleasure Divisions/Awards
Have a great time competing in a relaxed, fun pace over courses that are approximately 6 miles. All jumps are optional and can be ridden around or through a gate. The marked course will wind through beautiful open farmland and wooded trails and will be marked well enough that you DO NOT need to walk them. Sidesaddle and western riders please join us!!!
First riders out at 9:00 am, last riders out at 1:00 pm.
Divisions: Teams must be comprised of 2-4 riders. Each team will be judged on optimum time for their chosen division: Hunt (jumping, t/c), Pleasure (flat, w/t) & Junior (at least one junior under 16 on the team). 1st place prizes and ribbons through 4th place will be awarded. Please contact Rosie to request your ribbon.
Entry information:
- Pre-Entries: $50 each adult; $25 each junior (under 18).
- Online Entries close 9/26 at 2 pm.
- If there are not four entries showing available in a timeslot, another team is already registered for that slot. Please pick a different time.
- Day of Entries: $55 each adult; $30 each junior (under 18). For day of post entries, please text Rosie Campbell MFH 540-272-5237 after September 20 to check available times.
Details:
- Please bring a CURRENT NEGATIVE Coggins in PHYSICAL copy day of that we can keep on file. Digital copy does not count. Coggins more than a year old or incomplete will not be accepted. You will not be allowed on course without a valid coggins, and no refunds will be issued.
- Safety helmets are required, otherwise attire is casual.
- Children may be ponied.
- Snacks and drinks provided.
- Unsound horses will not be allowed to participate.
- Dogs are NOT permitted.
Again - If there are fewer than 4 entries available in a timeslot, a team is already registered in that timeslot. Please pick a different time.
