"Virginia is for FoxHunters" Team Trail Ride Challenge!
What is it?
Teams of 2-6 riders are invited to ride a 4-5 mile marked trail at your own pace through the woods and fields and over streams around the Bull Run Hunt kennels. Along the way, look for the logos of some of our Virginia hunt clubs that will be hidden on the trail, and snap a pic of each to bring back to the finish line. Teams that find all the clubs by the end of the ride will win a prize!
Additionally, the marked course will go through our jump field at both the beginning and the end of the trail ride loop, and participants are welcome to have a school over the coops, logs, and natural obstacles that our huntsman uses to prepare staff horses for the hunt field.
ALL riding disciplines and different types of equines are welcome!!

Time: First riders out at 8:30 am, last riders out at 12:00 pm
Location: Bull Run Hunt kennels, 22207 Cedar Mountain Dr, Mitchells VA
Cost: $40 per rider, children under 6 on leadline are FREE
Attire: Casual (helmets are required)

Riders who enter online will automatically be eligible for a drawing to win a complimentary cap for a day of foxhunting during the 2025-26 hunt season. Online entries are due no later than September 5 at 4:00 pm.

Waiver and current Coggins required for all riders and horses.
IMPORTANT! In order to ensure that all of your team members get the same ride time, only select a time that shows "six remaining" and sign up all team members on the same entry.
